UnFinished Flooring Products

 

 

PG manufactures solid hardwood strip flooring to meet the highest standards of quality in the Canadian industry. PG has built its reputation on the precision with which its products are manufactured. All the production steps are carried out using the finest equipment in the industry. A qualified team inspects each board, checks production quality and sorts the wood flooring by grade, in relation to color and grain. The hardwood strip flooring is stored in a controlled atmosphere warehouse until it is shipped.

Not many floors compare to Plankfloor®. As an engineered hardwood floor, it looks and feels exactly like solid wood. However, you won’t have to deal with the inherent problems often associated with solid wood flooring. Plankfloor is also easy to install and maintain.

How do we produce such reliable floors? We start with fine hardwood lumber. The lumber is sawn into a 3/16" wear surface comparable to solid 3/4” wood flooring. Multiple plys of hardwood veneer are then laminated to the surface. The result is Plankfloor®, an incredibly beautiful and stable wood floor that you’ll enjoy for a lifetime.

A. E. SAMPSON provides eastern white pine in trunk diameters reminiscent of the Colonial era. The trees are selectively cut, graded and sawn to produce, again, the beautiful floors of the 1700's.
