I purchased Upo Jatoba, 2 strip, real loc, floating floor for one of my customers. My customer was very pleased with the quality and beauty of the Upo floating floor. I have installed other floating floors as well as solid wood floors and have even installed Pergo. I am amazed at the ease of installation compared to other products I used. The manufacturing is close to perfect. Mr. and Mrs. Perriello are very pleased with their new Upo floating floor. Additionally, we worked hard to coordinate delivery of the material with the closing of the home in order to insure that his customer would be able to move in at a convenient time. Wood Flooring Design's scheduling department made it all work out.

We are writing to complement your company, Wood Flooring Design, on the beautiful floors and fine personnel you sent to install our Brazilian Cherry floors (photos). Jamie Frasier, who was in charge of the 4-day installation (3/24/03-3/27/03) was fabulous, along with Jim Stapleton, Charlie Drinkwater and Kyle. All of the individuals you sent were ready to help us in any way possible. They cleaned up after each day's work. Moreover, they were courteous, punctual, upbeat, and professional. Though the installation was a big upheaval for us (moving everything out of the areas as the work progressed), everything in the installation went smoothly. The floors look better than we dreamed possible. We love them. (Our only concern is to keep them beautiful and prevent them from getting scratched).We have to laugh remembering my husband asking for an installation crew that loved the work, as I think of Jamie and Jim singing to 60's music, (Jim very loudly and definitely off-key, but don't tell him that ) clearly having the time of their lives.
